To dispute a parking fee notice for all issuing agencies, you may do so in writing by either using our online form here or by regular postal mail, within 21 days from the date of the notice.

Please include the following information in either the online form or in written correspondence:

1. Notice or invoice number
2. Vehicle license plate number
3. Your name and address
4. A detailed reason for the dispute
5. Any pertinent receipts, photos and/or documentation

Once the dispute letter has been received, no late fees will accrue during the review process. You will be notified by mail within 4 to 6 weeks of the results.
